Police searching for person-of-interest after fatal shooting
MELBOURNE, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Melbourne Police Department has confirmed that there was a fatal shooting on Palm Bay Road late Thursday morning.
One man has been reported dead.
Police say they are looking for a person-of-interest. He is a black male driving a gold SUV from the 2000s. The SUV has a bumper sticker of some sort and after-market tail lights.
Police say they want to find out his connection to the situation. His vehicle left the area where the shooting occurred after shooting.
The victim died at the hospital.
