Police attempting to ID man in Daytona Beach that they believe stole scraps
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Daytona Beach Police Department said that they believe a man is attempting to steal scraps.
They posted photos of who they believe the man is on their Twitter. They said that he could be driving a red Ford Ranger.
