Osceola County law enforcement help charities

Osceola County's top cops came together on Friday, to give money to some organizations that help people with drug addictions.

The Osceola County Investigative Bureau gave nearly $30,000 in donations to three different charities.
That money, came from bad guys dealing drugs.

Kissimmee Police Chief Jeff O'Dell says, "In those investigations we're often able to forfeit monies that were obtained thought the different drug trafficking organizations through elicit means and we can use those for greater good."

"We'll be able to provide about 20 more people with medication at no cost while they're busy getting over their drug addiction," says Christine Falkowski, who works for Transition House Inc.

The Transition House, Park Place Behavioral Care and Aspire Health Partners all received the donations.
