KISSIMMEE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Osceola County deputies arrested a man accused of stabbing another man at a hookah lounge in Kissimmee.
Deputies arrested Carlos Cabral-Sandoval, 23. Investigators say he stabbed the victim multiple times in the stomach and back after a fight broke out at the Escape Hookah Lounge on west Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway on March 30.
Officials say the victim suffered significant injuries and is recovering.
