1 dead in Orlando car crash, officials say
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - The Florida Highway Patrol says one person is dead following a car crash that took place Monday morning in the Hunter's Creek area.
Troopers say the crash took place around 10:07 a.m. on Town Center and Hunters Vista boulevards in Orange County.
An official report shows a 2017 Chevy Camaro was traveling westbound on Town Center Boulevard east of Hunters Vista Boulevard, when, for an unknown reason, the driver lost control, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Officials say the driver, who currently has not been identified, was transported to the Hunters Creek ER and pronounced dead.

Officials state there currently is a roadblock for the westbound lanes on Town Center Boulevard.
Troopers report the crash currently remains under investigation.
