Orlando City SC defeats Columbus Crew 5-2
Orlando City rookie Cyle Larin scored two goals, tying the MLS rookie scoring record as the Lions got a much-needed 5-2 win over the Columbus Crew in the Citrus Bowl Saturday night.
Larin scored in the 18th minute and added a second goal in the 53rd minute. Cristian Higuita also scored his first MLS goal in the 77th minute as well.
With the win, Orlando City moves to 7th in the Eastern Conference standings, but more importantly with 27 points, the Lions are still within striking distance of a playoff spot.
