Increase in coronavirus cases in Orange County

Florida set a new record for the number of new coronavirus cases recorded in a single day. More young people appear to be testing positive.

Governor DeSantis is planning to open schools as the state sets a record for daily coronavirus cases. Nearly 1,700 new cases have been reported, and more young people are testing positive.

Orange County officials say the county is seeing a similar increase, with the numbers spiking Wednesday. Earlier this week, officials said they weren't too concerned about the increase, but now their attitude is starting to change.
