WINTER PARK, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - One Winter Park neighborhood has a parking problem.
People who live behind the East End Market say that shoppers are constantly parking along their streets and at times, even pulling into their driveways.
The market's owner says they encourage shoppers not to park there, but it is legal to do so.
