More instant towns popping up around Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Pop-up towns are not new in Central Florida. Osceola County's Celebration and Orlando's Baldwin Park communities are well known and all grown up.

But the idea of a ready-built community where you can live, work and play without leaving your neighborhood seems to really be taking hold right now.

There are new communities like this taking shape or in the planning stages in Apopka, Maitland, Oviedo and on the site of the former Flea World in Seminole County.
