MELBOURNE, Fla. - Authorities executed a search warrant in connection with an active investigation in a Melbourne neighborhood Thursday morning.

The Melbourne Police Department responded to the 100 block of Cherry Street in Melbourne on Aug. 20.
FOX 35's Esther Bower observed a few patrol vehicles as well as a crime scene van around 9:40 a.m.
