LAKE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The man convicted of killing an elderly woman in Lake County will learn his fate today.
The jury has recommended life in prison for David Mariotti.
Mariotti killed 84-year-old Bernadine Montgomery in her Leesburg home in 2016.
