An arrest has been made in the investigation into a fatal shooting outside a Downtown Orlando nightclub.

Notier Misael Gomez, who was was taken into custody in Tennessee by U.S. Marshals on Thursday, is believed to be tied to Jan. 26 fatal shooting of Keveon Smith, 22, outside Club LIT on North Orange Avenue.

The shooting happened around 2:15 a.m., following an altercation in the parking lot along Magnolia Ave.  In February, the Orlando Police Department released images of three men whom investigators identified as suspects in the case.

Smith was found unresponsive in narby parking lot and taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Two other victims were found shot in front of Club Lit, with non-life-threatening wounds.

Two vehicles of interest have also been identified in this case -- one appears to be a black Volkswagen Passat; the other is a black, or dark blue, Chevrolet Silverado.
