Lanes of Clay Whaley Rd. in St. Cloud closed after diesel spill, crews work to reopen

ORLANDO, Fla. - St. Cloud Fire Rescue and the St. Cloud Police Department are working to reopen lanes of Clay Whaley Road after a semi-truck spilled approximately 50 gallons of diesel fuel near the Turnpike overpass on Thursday.
Authorities closed affected lanes to facilitate cleanup and ensure the safety of motorists.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes. Officials have not yet provided an estimate for when the lanes will fully reopen.
The cause of the incident is under investigation. No injuries have been reported.
