Florida pharmacy robber arrested

A man who committed several pharmacy robberies throughout Florida has been arrested. 

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office says that deputies responded to a robbery at the CVS located at 3300 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee on August 27th. The suspect was said to have entered the business, approached the counter, and snatched money from the register and the cashier's hand. 

Then, on September 9th, deputies responded to another robbery at the Walgreens located at 7767 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. The sheriff's office says that the same suspect entered the business, approached the counter where he again snatched money from the cashier and register. 

Osceola County detectives say that they learned that the suspect in the two robberies was responsible for numerous robberies to pharmacies throughout Central Florida, the Tampa Bay area, and South Florida. Detectives with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the Ocoee Police Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Tampa Police Department, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, Winter Garden Police Department, Apopka Police Department, Plant City Police Department, and Temple Terrace Police Department conducted a joint investigation and later identified Rodrick Clark as the suspect.  

Then, on September 15th, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office says that Rodrick Clark ws apprehended in Tampa, Florida after committing a robbery to a CVS. He is currently in custody at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on robbery charges. Clark will face two counts of Robbery for the crimes he committed in Osceola County.
