Flooding concerns in Volusia and Flagler counties

PALM COAST, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Flagler County has placed eight pumps in flooded neighborhoods. 

George Finger says his yard was nearly knee-high with water last week in the Malacompra neighborhood.
County leaders say they have pumps sending thousands of gallons of water into to the ocean, but still, standing water levels in some areas are not receding as expected, and extreme high tides are not helping.
