SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Seminole County firefighters responded to a burning home near Longwood on Wednesday evening.
Two people -- one adult and a child -- were inside the approximately 3,000-square-foot house at 300 Hunt Club Ct. when the fire started. Firefighters were able to coral several goats that were in the garage, but they were unable to save a dog, authorities say.
The home was located in unincorporated Seminole County and the county was assisted by other agencies. Luckily, no one one injured, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
