Fire breaks out at Orlando apartment complex
Seven residents were displaced after a fire broke out at an Orlando apartment complex early Thursday.
ORLANDO, Fla. - A large fire broke out early Thursday at an apartment complex in east Orlando, displacing seven residents, according to the Orlando Fire Department.
The fire happened at the Royal Isles Apartments near Roberto Clemente Road.

Firefighters responded to the apartment complex after receiving a 911 call about an apartment fire. When firefighters arrived, they found flames coming out of multiple windows of a second-floor apartment, according to the department.
Crews extinguished the fire before it spread to any other apartments, authorities said. All occupants of the apartment were out of the building before firefighters arrived, according to the department.
Orlando Fire Department officials said that four people were treated at the scene for non-life-threatening medical complaints. All other occupants refused any further treatment, authorities said. No other injuries were reported.

The Red Cross was notified to help assist the residents who have been displaced. The management company of the apartment complex is helping residents with relocation, according to authorities.
