Family of 3 injured in fiery crash in Pine Hills

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - Highway Patrol says a car with the three people inside was trying to make a left turn from Fir Drive on to Pine Hills Road, when a car going southbound on Pine Hills smashed into them.
After last night's wreck the charred Honda sat on the side of Pine Hills Road. Highway Patrol said the car burst into flames after the southbound driver - behind the wheel of a 2001 Nissan Maxima - hit them.
Daniel Romeus and his two children were inside the burned car. Paramedics took Romeus to ORMC, his kids went to Arnold Palmer Hospital. All of them went to the hospital in serious condition.
Highway Patrol is still searching for the driver that hit them.
