Early morning shooting in South Florida leaves 3 people dead

MIAMI (AP) — Three people are dead following an early morning shooting at a residence in south Florida.
The Miami-Dade Police Department said Sunday that officers responded shortly before 4 a.m. to reports of gun shots being fired in a neighborhood in southwest Miami-Dade County. When they arrived, police found four people with apparent gunshot wounds.
Two women — ages 39 and 19 — died at the scene. A 17-year-old male died later at a hospital. A 12-year-old boy who was also shot is in stable condition at Kendall Regional Hospital.
Police gave no details about who the shooter might be.
The Miami Herald reported (http://hrld.us/2aIveHA ) that the people killed were a mother and her two teenagers.
