Crooks commit bold daylight burglaries of at least 9 Deltona houses in 8 days

DELTONA, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The first burglary happened November first, sometime between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. Volusia County deputies say there were seven more over the next seven days. In each case they likely hit during the day and while no one was home.

Sheriff’s Office detectives are actively working the cases. Until they catch the burglars, they are warning people in Deltona to be extra watchful for anything that does not look or even seem right and report it. They also want everyone to make sure their security cameras are on and recording.
