Central Florida Regional Hospital donates CPR kits to Seminole Co. High Schools

Seminole County's nine public high schools are now equipped with CPR training kits for students.

Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford donated the kits to help young people identify signs of a heart problem and how to save a life.

Each CPR in Schools Training Kit gives students everything they need to learn the core skills in under 30 minutes, according to a release.

It's designed specifically for school educators and is portable, so it can be moved from classroom to classroom.

The kits will be used to support after-school training for students interested in learning CPR.
