Central Florida law enforcement is throwing their support behind 'Amendment 10' on the November ballot.

A main focus of the Amendment prohibits counties from doing away with elections for officers like the Sheriff, tax collectors, and property appraiser. It also creates a 'State Office of Domestic Security and Counter-Terrorism.' The amendment is also called the 'Protection Amendment.'

The Orange County Sheriff and Orlando Police Chief support the amendment.
