2 pedestrians struck by lightning in Tampa, police says
TAMPA, Fla. - Two pedestrians were struck by lightning this Saturday afternoon, Tampa Police said.
According to the media release, at 3:45 pm two adults, a male in his 60s and a female in her 20s, were struck by lightning in parking Lot 1 at Raymond James Stadium while exiting the Yankees Game.
Tampa Fire Rescue transported both patients to the hospital. Officers said they were in stable condition.
