2 dead, 5 injured in crash in Winter Garden

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol say two people are dead and five injured following a crash at Avalon and McKinney roads in Winter Garden on Friday evening. 

Authorities arrived on scene and round a car in a ditch and it appeared two vehicles were involved in the incident; however, they say there were no witnesses who saw what happened, so they trying to determine the cause.  An FHP spokesperson said the area where the crash occurred is a very dark road with no street lights.   Traffic was closed off in the area while troopers investigates.
