1 dead in Eustis house fire

EUSTIS, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Lake County Fire Rescue responded to a house fire at a home on N. CR 44 A in Eustis.  Firefighters encountered heavy smoke coming from the home, where one person was discovered deceased.

The Lake County Fire Marshal is investigating, and the State Fire Marshal and Lake County Sheriff's Office are assisting.  The identity of the victim was not immediately released.
