1 dead after Marion County shooting: Deputies

MARION COUNTY, Fla. - A man died Sunday after he was shot in Marion County, according to deputies. 

The shooting happened around 2:45 p.m. in the 10700 block of NE Hwy 314 in Silver Springs. 

Deputies said they arrived at the shooting scene and found a man who had been shot. 

He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. 

No other details have been released.
