Miami researchers test homes vs. hurricane forces

Dr. Landolf Rhode-Barbarigos, an Associate Professor with the University of Miami joins FOX 35's Garrett Wymer live via Zoom to break down his team's research, using the SUSTAIN lab to simulate hurricane-force wind, rain and storm surge up to Category 5 levels on pre-fabricated homes to test their durability and what it takes to create hurricane-resistant homes on Florida's coastlines.
