Anna Kepner's stepbrother charged with 1st degree murder

A Florida teen is facing first-degree murder charges following the death of Anna Kepner, a Titusville teen who died while aboard a Carnival cruise ship. Texas-based attorney Lauren Cadilas appeared on Florida Live to discuss the case.
