Florida ‘dogfather’ finds Georgia woman’s missing cat after missing 2 years

A Florida man, locally known as the ‘Dogfather’ found a Georgia woman’s cat that went missing two years ago. After the cat popped up in Palm Coast, the man used a microchip to find the cat’s owner.
