Florida man charged with aircraft piracy, crashed through Daytona Beach Airport fence

A Florida man, Bryan Parker, 58, is accused of aircraft piracy, in addition to seven other charges, after Volusia County deputies said he crashed into a fence at the Daytona Beach Airport and attempted to board a plane.
