Developer talks Promenade Gateway 2040 Proposal

Joshua Wallack, the developer behind Gateway 2040, talks about the $20M proposed project to build a pedestrian promenade near International Drive and Sand Lake Road. The goal is to make walking across that intersection safer, while also making it look nice.
