David Jolly faces Byron Donalds for Florida governor: 'Voters are begging for change'
Governor candidate David Jolly discussed "finding his home" within the Democratic party through the values he has: Economic growth: "Florida's economy should continue to grow, but it's got to grow for everybody." Government assistance: "Government should help out in some spaces: housing, healthcare, education, clean water, clean air, safe communities." Less government approach: "Stay out of their live, their doctor's office, their bedroom." Speaking with Good Day Orlando's John Brown, Jolly -- a former republican before becoming an independent for seven years -- said voters are asking for change. "We should be a state where everyone is powered, everyone is welcome, everybody is lifted up, their dignity is respected."
