Wanted toll booth deadly crash suspect located

A woman wanted for vehicular homicide after a toll booth worker was killed on a Volusia County beach was traced to a mental health facility after reportedly being discharged from the hospital, deputies say. The sheriff's office confirmed Wednesday morning that Harrell was discharged from the hospital and admitted to another facility.
