Dogs found in U-Haul truck cargo area in 102-degree heat: Deputies

Flagler County deputies found two dogs and two pigeons in distress after they were left in the cargo area of a U-Haul truck in 102-degree heat. The occupants in the truck were arrested, after the dogs were found in their own urine and needing immediate veterinarian attention.
