Orange County mayoral candidate outlines priorities on housing, affordability

Orange County Clerk of Courts Tiffany Moore Russell, a candidate for Orange County mayor, said affordability is the county's top challenge, followed by traffic, housing and job opportunities. She said increasing the housing supply should be a priority by speeding up the approval process for new developments and continuing to invest in the county's Housing Trust Fund.
