Death row Inmate seeks to halt execution in 1992 Orange County murder

A Florida death row inmate convicted of killing his wife more than three decades ago is making a final effort to stop his scheduled execution later this month. Attorneys for Dusty Ray Spencer have filed a new appeal challenging both Florida's execution procedures and whether carrying out the death sentence would be constitutional given his age.
