FULL PRESS CONFERENCE |  In a May 11 press conference, Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood provided a six-hour timeline in which law enforcement pursued a suspect who was reportedly speeding, running red lights and almost hit a pedestrian. The chase ended after the suspect was shot by a deputy in a DeLand Walmart parking lot.
