Melby the manatee's road to recovery at SeaWorld

Rescued from a Melbourne storm drain on Feb. 9, Melby the manatee is almost ready to go back into the wild. After arriving at SeaWorld Orlando underweight and injured, the sea cow that captured Central Florida’s heart has gained a healthy 50 pounds. The 407’s Lauren Margolis gives us an update on his recovery as he prepares for a triumphant homecoming. SeaWorld’s zoological supervisor, Nik Ricci, confirms Melby is expected to return to his home waters within the next month.
