Blue Origin identifies cause of New Glenn launch pad explosion

Blue Origin says an oxygen valve failure caused the explosion that destroyed a New Glenn rocket during an engine hot-fire test at Launch Complex 36 in May, and engineers are modifying the component for future flights.
