Blown tire causes Florida food truck to flip on I-95

Nicole Rubino, the owner of the "Sips & Cheese" food truck, is picking up the pieces after a blown tire caused her food truck to flip on I-95. She's grateful that no one was hurt because it happened in the middle of the freeway. Her niece, who was following behind Rubino's truck, stopped and ran onto the freeway to help pull her aunt out.
