Family of slain Ohio tourist sues HOA, rental owner after deadly shooting

The family of one of three Ohio tourists killed in a shooting at a Kissimmee-area vacation rental has filed a lawsuit against a homeowners' association and the property's owner, arguing they failed to protect visitors from a neighbor with a documented history of violence.
