Sanford Mayor discusses upcoming changes to Seminole Towne Center

The Seminole Towne Center in Sanford is undergoing major renovations. Demolition is slated for April, Mayor Art Woodruff told Good Day Orlando. J.C. Penney has been sold and new Costco is coming to the center in early 2027.
