Judge tosses Florida driver's red light camera citation

A judge in Broward County recently dismissed a driver's ticket from a red light camera, claiming it was unconstitutional. The judge ruled that it wrongly shifts the burden of proof onto the driver. Attorney Brett Lusskin said while the ruling only applies to this one case, it could perhaps change red light camera rulings across the state. He's fighting against red light cameras. However, red light cameras have been implemented across Florida.
