Florida teen accused of killing, dismembering man

A 19-year-old Florida man accused of killing and dismembering a 28-year-old man allegedly targeted the victim because he was a registered sex offender, according to Palm Bay police, who have drawn comparisons between the case and the television series “Dexter.”
