Polk County sheriff says executed killer responsible for 1987 cold case murder

The Polk County Sheriff's Office says it has closed the nearly 40-year-old murder of 14-year-old Jennifer Weldon, identifying executed killer James Duckett as the person responsible based on decades of circumstantial evidence.
