Two friends shot, killed while trying to sell vape pens

Two teenagers were killed in Indian River County after attempting to sell vape pens. The alleged murderers were caught and convicted; however, family members are outraged at the sentencing for one of them: four years. FOX 35's Esther Bower joined Garrett Wymer live via Zoom to discuss the latest.
