Inside the headset: Answering the call with local 911 heroes

They are the voices you will never see, but will never forget. 911 dispatchers are the first source for help. In honor of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, dispatchers with the Osceola County Sheriff's Office stopped by The 407 to talk about why they choose to answer the call. They also introduce us to Echo, the department's first therapy dog.
