Osceola Sheriff: 3 arrested in 2024 gang-related shooting

Osceola County Sheriff Christopher Blackmon announced Wednesday that three people have been arrested in connection to the 2024 shooting death of 20-year-old Kashorn Armand. Ta’Shard Smith, now 18, Sincere McKenzie, now 18, and Cornelius Wall, 21, were indicted by a grand jury. Armand was found dead inside a Range Rover on Nov. 15, 2024, at 2:45 a.m. The sheriff's office said he had been shot multiple times. Deputies believed this shooting was not random, and that it is potentially linked to gang activity.
