Shahidul Islam faces death penalty for role in sister-in-law's death

According to a new Florida law, the death penalty is an option for those who've committed a capital crime and are in the U.S. illegally. Shahidul Islam is a suspect in the death of his sister-in-law, 44-year-old victim Monica Islam, who was shot and killed in Mount Dora on May 2, 2025.
