Seminole County residents prepare for Tropical Storm Elsa

Seminole County Emergency Management says this is a great time to prepare for hurricane season in general, and to get your disaster preparedness kits in order. In East Mont Park in Altamonte Springs, a truckload of sand was dropped off in the parking lot for resident to fill sandbags.
